How an AC service visit is arranged
- Send your Dubai location, unit count and AC type, plus the symptoms and useful photographs.
- We confirm access, technician availability and the suitable inspection or service scope.
- Approve the quotation, including any parts, extra access work and applicable charges.
- The technician completes the agreed work and checks operation on completion.
Keep service panels accessible and clear belongings from beneath the work area. The AC may need to be switched off during cleaning.
